Service Desk Module
Reactive maintenance is logged and managed with the service desk module. All incidents are populated into a database via either a handset or directly into the website. They are then included in the normal maintenance process before being completed and closed out.

MEASURE
Once in the system the type of incident, date/time, location, person, close out period etc is displayed on a dashboard. The dashboard is used to show trends within an organisation. Safety KPI’s on departments or individuals can be applied and measured.

RESPONSE
Response times and responsible person are set against certain incidents and if they are not closed out the alert can be raised.

ALERT
Criteria can be set against certain incident which triggers an elevated response.

DATABASE
All incidents are populated into a database via either a handset or directly into the website.
